Week 7: Resilience
WHAT IS IT?
Resiliency is the ability to bounce back from challenges and adversity. It is also the ability to move forward through tough times.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
Resiliency allows us to cope better in and after challenging and stressful situations.

1. Write down a definition of resilience and an example of when someone you know has been resilient.
2. As a class form to concentric circles. People on the inside circle share their definition. The people in the outer circle share their example. The inner circle then rotates clockwise. This is repeated till everyone has shared.
3. Draw a Y chart on the board. As a class brainstorm what it looks like, feels like and sounds like to be resilient.
