Week 6: Staying Fit and Healthy
Being physically fit and healthy can also help your mental and emotional wellbeing. Taking time out to do something active can allow you to relax, socialise and build your confidence and self-esteem. All of these things can lead to improved mental wellness and overall wellbeing.
Activity 1- Discussion in small groups:
What is something active that you enjoy doing?
Why do you enjoy it?
What are some reasons that you don't exercise?
Talk about incidental exercise – walking to school, gardening, stacking books

Activity 2- Using the template below as a guide, create your own exercise routine. Remember you don't have to do strenuous exercise every day. It must be enjoyable and achievable otherwise you won't do it.
