"Take a couple of minutes to focus on your breathing. When you’re mindful of your breathing you need to pay attention to what breathing feels like, what happens to different parts of your body, and the sound of your breath. If your mind wanders off, it’s not something to worry about. Just bring your attention back to your breathing when you can." (reachout.com)
