Term 2 PRIDE is all about discovering strategies to maintain and improve your mental wellbeing. Mental wellbeing and wellness is just as important as being physically healthy. Each week we will be discovering new strategies aimed to maintain and improve your social, emotional and mental well-being. For PRIDE you will need to bring a 48 page exercise book or any small book or journal to keep your notes in.
