Week 5: Building Self-Confidence
Self-confidence is your belief in your ability to achieve a particular goal or complete a particular task. The biggest confidence booster is actually having success in completing something eg. if you set a goal and successfully achieve it, you will have more confidence in your ability to achieve what you set out to do.) However in order to have success, you need to get out there and give things a go and not be afraid of failing.

Activity 1- Answer the following reflection questions to start boosting your confidence.
1. What are some of your achievements (merit awards, skills learnt, goals achieved)?
2. Make a list of things you are good at (you must write at least 10 things).
3. Set 2 goals you wish to achieve this year. Describe what you have to do to achieve them.
4. What are two new hobbies you would like to try? What interests you about each?
